Your two Koranic quotes have nothing whatsoever to do with consent for sexual intercourse.
QS. 4:6 is indeed have nothing whatsoever to do, but you can see phrase "marriageable age" there, & QS. 4:21 "how could you take it while you have gone in unto each other" shows covenant to give gift for "have gone unto each other"/sexual intercourse!
Funny way of putting it. Allah must be talking of male homosexual intercourse.
‘Hindus and Muslims belong to two different religious philosophies, social customs and literary traditions. They neither intermarry nor eat together, and indeed they belong to two different civilisations which are based mainly on conflicting ideas and conceptions.’ Muhammad Ali Jinnah

sahih is just means that it has strong witnesses (so it's useful for determining which hadith that be prioritized for verification), not means that it's true!

;)
Garudaman:

You are loosing sight of a fundamental fact, Mohammed satisfied his sexual needs on a child's body.

This is a man you call a prophet of god, and is eternally held as a role model for mankind.

Are you serious??

Hello Garudaman

You still have not told me whether you think that 9yr old Aisha wanted to have sexual intercourse with 53yr old Muhammad.

What do you think? Is it likely?

primary source of that religion! ;)
Which would be the Quran, I assume.

So why do we have "questionable" hadiths? More over, when did these hadits became questionable?
When infidels started questioning them. For 1350 years they were quite fine.
Now they are no longer 'sahih' if the hadit puts Islam or the prophet in bad light. :sly:

This question has been asked for past 1400 years - we have yet get a palatable answer from our Muslim friends.

Muhammad was asked that question - his standard replies - chop heads.

sum, I believe fes had already answered that question with Muslim’s standard replies. "Since her father, and the so- called husband, had already decided for Aysha - who cares what she thinks, what is best for her?
