My God...What is happening to my favorite country. Are they going crazy in England? :clueless:
UK: Man wanted by police for kissing woman on the cheek

Police in the East Midlands of England appealed for witnesses after a lorry driver thanked a woman he’d just met with a kiss, The Telegraph reports.

When the truckers got into trouble, the seventy year-old woman kindly stepped in to help after their vehicle became stuck under a low bridge in Matlock. Once the problem was sorted, one of the men in the lorry got out to thank the old lady and gave her a peck on the cheek.

It’s a non-story but Derbyshire Police said they were treating this as sexual assault, not a breach of lockdown rules. A statement from the force reads: “We want to speak to anyone who was in the area at the time and may be able to help our enquiries into the incident. Of particular interest are any drivers who were in the area at the time and may have captured the lorry on dashcam.”

A since deleted tweet from the official Twitter account of Derbyshire Police was widely ridiculed when they asked the public for information three weeks later. If only they’d done a better job hunting down the Muslim grooming gang in Derby who sexually abused at least 27 girls.

This isn’t the first time in recent years British police have turned into sexual puritans, taking ordinary behaviour extremely seriously. In January 2019, Gloucestershire Constabulary in South West England took to social media to lecture young men about how bragging about sex and rating women out of ten was “the beginnings of rape culture.” In 2016, Nottinghamshire Police, in the East Midlands, made headlines by declaring “misogyny” a hate crime, listing wolf-whistling and looking at a woman’s breasts as offences. In a bizarre incident which bemused Tommy Robinson, a man in Jersey, British territory in the Channel Islands, was taken to court for grabbing a woman’s breasts too hard during consensual sex. Let’s face it, an unwanted kiss on the cheek is not sexual assault unless it’s an arse-cheek.

The "street party" that led to last night's Brixton riots was a Black Lives Matter "live music protest"
England is descending into lawlessness, with an emboldened public and a powerless police.

What a shame!!!!

22 Police Officers injured during violence in Brixton

More than 20 Police Officers were injured last night after responding to reports of a large unlicensed music event.

In a statement the Met Police have said that “in total, 22 officers were injured, none seriously although two did require hospital treatment”.

They also confirmed that “a small number of police vehicles were damaged”.

Four arrests were made for assault and public order offences.
These guys have no respect for the police.

Of course... blame the the Scottish Defence League , because they held a rally in Glasgow's George Square on June 17 and they clashed with asylum seekers.

Let's see how it develops.
Knifeman 'stabs three dead' and wounds a cop at Glasgow hotel used to house asylum seekers before being shot dead by armed police as major incident is declared

Police Scotland declare 'major incident' following reports of multiple stabbings before suspect shot dead
BBC report three found dead in stairwell Park Inn hotel, West George Street, used to house asylum seeker
Country's police federation say that one of their officers was stabbed in incident and they are now in hospital

BBC reporter Catriona Renton is on the scene and tweeted: 'Understood three dead in a stairwell of hotel. Had been stabbed. Police shot suspect' with the corporation reporting the male knifeman was shot dead after armed units stormed in.

The Scottish Defence League held a rally in Glasgow's George Square on June 17 and clashed with asylum seekers. George Square is located just a five-minute walk away from the Park Inn hotel. The asylum seekers' rally was organised by the group No Evictions, which is campaigning for those who have been allegedly removed from their homes and rehouses in the 'cramped and degrading' hotels.

Oh, dear. One asylum seeker is not at all happy and satisfied about the treatment in that hotel. Poor wifi and bad food.
Ako Zada from Kurdish Community Scotland said the people living there had carried out a demonstration last week over poor conditions - but were then attacked by a far right group.

He added: 'They're not getting £5 a day to buy essentials and don't know when they will be able to go home.

'People have been saying this for months, they're not well. The hotel is OK for a couple of weeks but not three months. It's depression and it's a mental health issue. I'm very sad and devastated.'

Mohammad Asif, from the Glasgow-based Afghan Human Rights Foundation, tweeted today: 'Multiple people attacked and stabbed in Glasgow city centre Park Inn hotel. The hotel also houses asylum seekers.

'I am told by an asylum seeker resident in the hotel that they are not allowed to speak to anyone. He said many people have stabbed by knives.'

Revealed: Hundreds of migrant boats intercepted in the English Channel are being stored at warehouse complex in Dover as figures show more 2,800 people have reached the UK this year

Hundreds of migrants boats intercepted in the English Channel are being stored at a warehouse complex in Dover as the latest figures show that more than 2,800 people have reached the UK this year.

Previously it was not clear what happened to the vessels, but MailOnline can now reveal they are being stored at a facility in Dover, Kent.

The boats are stacked three high and in multiple rows, they vary from fibreglass rowing boats to high tech large ribs used by unscrupulous gangs who exploit migrants' desire to come to the UK.

Image

'But despite all of the action taken by law enforcement to date - intercepting the boats, making arrests, returning people to France and putting the criminals responsible behind bars - the numbers continue to increase.

This year so far 2,800 migrants have reached the UK, with 125 migrant boats in nine boats making it to the British waters on Friday and a record 180 arriving last Sunday. The recent increase in numbers is thought to be down to the clear, calm conditions in the past few weeks.

It comes as Home Secretary Priti Patel has warned that illegal Chanel crossings 'cannot go on,' as she struck a deal with France to crack down on migrants arriving in the UK.

Speaking this last week, Ms Patel said: 'I have been in France today seeing first-hand the significant work undertaken on that side of the Channel to address the unacceptably high levels of small boats, alongside the efforts of Border Force and the National Crime Agency in the UK.

'This simply cannot be allowed to go on.

'Today, I have signed an agreement with the French to create a joint intelligence cell which will crack down on the gangs behind this vile people smuggling operation and impressed on my French counterpart the need to stop these illegal crossings for the benefit of both our countries.

On Sunday, July 12, Border Force officials, together with HM Coastguard and the RNLI, stopped 180 people in 15 vessels trying to make their way to the English coast.

Warm weather saw people smugglers take advantage of calm waters, on the same day Ms Patel travelled to Calais to discuss the illegal crossings with French Interior Minister Gerald Darmanin.

A source told The Sun: 'Many migrants see it as a "now or never" moment before the UK government cracks down on crossings.

'They fear there will be a major push to curb the attempts and see July as their best opportunity.'

Two other migrants tried to make the crossing in a canoe, while the source told The Sun the pedalo thief 'wouldn't have stood a chance,' if he had tried to cross during stormy weather.

Last month, 702 refugees reached the UK on small boats - after 741 landed in May.

There were migrant crossings on 16 days of last month - including eight days in a row from June 14.

June also saw a single-day record of 166 asylum seekers reach the UK in eight boats.

It comes despite Home Secretary Priti Patel repeatedly vowing to stamp out small boat crossings since she took up her post last year.

And yet... :clueless: The problem remains the same

Image
Proposed alternatives include “faith-claimed terrorism”, “terrorists abusing religious motivations” and “adherents of Osama bin Laden’s ideology”.

The reform was requested by a Muslim police organisation that blamed the official use of “Islamist” and “jihadi” for negative perceptions and stereotypes, discrimination and Islamophobia.

The problem was discussed at an online event last month addressed by Assistant Commissioner Neil Basu, the national head of counterterrorism policing, and attended by more than 70 attack survivors, victims’ relatives, academics, experts and advocacy groups. The police emphasised to The Times that the reform was not certain to go ahead.

Oh, but that is not his fault, he says, it's the government's policies, the people of London not behaving, the pillar of the community Shamima Begum not allowed to return, and of course a shortage of money.... but he had enough public money to launch big balloons looking like Trump in nappies. There was also money for Eid on Trafalgar Square, lock down or not.

He has put up the congestion charge, and included Saturdays and Sundays, stopped free travel for pensioners and school kids in the morning, raised the age for free travel. He also introduced a tax on older cars, £12.50 a day soon collected from anywhere inside the ring road.

Motorcycles have to pay for parking in many places now, and the surveillance in London is breath-taking... If you park your car anywhere, and phone to pay the charge, they already know your registration, where you have parked, and what time you arrived. If you paid before, they also know your payment card number. If you fail to pay, they collect the full penalty payment (not the usual half) 15 days later using that card, without even telling you. The free use of bikes for the first 30 minutes is also abolished.

We have the most expensive public transport in the world, as bus companies use fares knowing that driving in London is VERY expensive.

He promised to build affordable housing, and not one house or flat was built that could be called affordable. He did build a few using private developers.... I wonder what "favours" he received for awarding the contracts for these. The properties have rents of £3000 to £5000 a month, depending on size and location. Donald Trump could afford one... ordinary people, no.

And don't get me started what he did to the police. My local police station is not open to the public except for Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 10am and 12 noon. If you have a problem any other time, you can call a call centre in India, who may or may not do something.

He can shake hands with Amsterdam. We have the same problems in Amsterdam, as you have in London. Here we have Femke, a left wing female mayor. Cars are restricted, and parking your car is very expensive. 7.50 an hour in most places. That is how they keep Amsterdam livable they say.

Femke and her Groen Links croonies call Amsterdam, (de lieve stad) the sweet city. Shooting , stabbing attacks, Moroccan drug gangs who kill eachother, are part of the normal life in Amsterdam. And they need extra money for all the undocumented migrants who are more than welcome in Amsterdam.
For humane reasons, but also as a means of arriving at a solution, Amsterdam offers 24-hour shelter to these undocumented migrants, in accordance with the Undocumented Migrant Programme, Uitvoeringsplan 24-uursopvang ongedocumenteerden (PDF, 2.11 MB). The City has created 500 places where undocumented migrants can stay for a maximum of 18 months. During this stay, they will be given professional assistance to work out their future. The options include obtaining legal residence, migrating on to another country, or returning to the home country.
Het mag wat kosten...

If you are an owner of a house in London, you can better sell it, now the prices are sky high, and buy a cheeper house in the country.

England needs banknotes of colour.

Black and ethnic minority people to feature on British coins and notes for first time

For the first time, BAME people who built Britain will be recognised on legal tender

Black and ethnic minority people are set to feature on British money for the first time, the Sunday Telegraph can reveal.

Chancellor Rishi Sunak is looking at proposals by a campaign group to put influential BAME figures from throughout history on a set of coins, a Treasury minister said.

There has never been a non-white person featured on British coins or notes, and the Banknotes of Colour campaign, led by former Conservative candidate Zehra Zaidi, has been fighting for representation.

Ms Zaidi, along with a group of historians and MPs, has written to the chancellor with some proposed historic figures, including the first Indian and Gurkha soldiers to receive the Victoria Cross, the Jamaican British nurse Mary Seacole, and the British Muslim woman, Noor Inayat Khan, one of only four women to receive the George Cross....
The campaign to put a BAME (Black, Asian and minority ethnic) person on coins and banknotes in the UK has moved a step closer after Chancellor Rishi Sunak backed the new currency plans put forward by the Banknotes of Colour advocacy group, which includes artists and activists. The move comes in the wake of Black Lives Matter protests held worldwide following the death of George Floyd in May.

Mary Seacombe ran a restaurant for British officers in the Crimean, complete with built in knocking shop. This "nurse" (there is no record of her ever having worked as a nurse, but she may have dressed up as one for a "discerning client". possibly, and that is the reason why she has a statue outside St Thomas's Hospital ...) on a banknote?

Yes, she would be great on a banknote... The first woman of a certain profession to get that honour. All for it.

Oh I think they have to leave the Queen, as it her money, after all....

Yes, good old Sadiq.... Dianne Abbot on the other side?

In Indonesia they once had a 500 Rupiah banknote (about 1/5 of of a Euro cent) One one side there was a quaint jungle house from Sumatra, and on the other an orang utan. So people used that note for insults.... "Look, your mom's house!" (turning the banknote around) "Aaaah, and here she is, your dear mom...." (With some kids, just saying "500" had the same effect...)

Image

I am sure we will get fun and games like that with weird banknotes too.

Why these intimidating race protests will only inflame divisions across Britain.by founder of the Equiano Project INAYA FOLARIN IMAN

Image

There have been numerous demonstrations across Britain since the dramatic rise of the Black Lives Matter movement in response to the killing of George Floyd in Minneapolis in May.

But the one that took place in Brixton over the weekend, to mark the 186th anniversary of the Abolition of Slavery, was different.

It marked the debut appearance of Forever Family, a black rights protest group, on London’s streets.

Their intent was undoubtedly peaceful, but many felt their appearance — makeshift black uniforms and stab vests bearing the logo FF Force, while some had face masks and one a balaclava — was reminiscent of a paramilitary organisation.

The imagery was sinister, hostile even, as young men and women stood with raised fists in a move synonymous with the black rights movement.

Their presence would not have been out of place in a dystopian land of revolutionary chaos and conflict, rather than the well-ordered streets of our capital.

Forever Family says its aim is to achieve unity ‘in the battle against racism, inequality and injustice’ — and who would argue with that.

Yet, to me, the atmosphere was one of intimidation that is out of place in our democratic society.

Indeed, there have been no scenes like this on British soil since the outlawed IRA was operating in Northern Ireland at the peak of the Troubles, when its masked parades contributed to its culture of terror.

Destructive

But while the Brixton march was alarming, it is the inevitable consequence of the campaign by Black Lives Matter to promote an inflammatory brand of identity politics.

Imported from America, this toxic ideology sees everything through the prism of race, based on a narrative where black people are the permanent victims of oppression, while white people are collectively guilty of perpetuating discrimination.

Under this dogma, black people are encouraged to believe that Britain is so racist that their only hope is to organise their own resistance through groups like Forever Family.

As a woman of African origin myself, I believe this is a highly destructive outlook.

By fuelling discord, it undoes all the good work done over recent decades in building better race relations in Britain.

Up to 235 migrants crossed the channel on Thursday, the highest ever daily total
'Furious' Priti Patel backs sending the Royal Navy to tackle migrant crisis after 235 - including a heavily pregnant woman and a tiny baby - are caught making the perilous Channel crossing in ONE day

A ‘furious’ Priti Patel last night backed sending Royal Navy patrols into the English Channel after a record number of migrants reached Britain.

Officials have been ordered to draw up plans in which, for the first time, the Navy could turn back boats.

Yesterday 235 migrants in 17 vessels made the perilous crossing – the highest daily total since the crisis began, surpassing the previous record of 202 set on Thursday last week.

The number who have reached Britain so far this year is now already double the total who arrived in the whole of 2019.

Nearly 3,950 migrants made the crossing in small boats in the first 219 days of 2020 – compared with 1,850 last year.

The crisis is a personal blow for the Home Secretary, who made a pledge last October that crossings would be virtually eliminated by now.

A Home Office source said: ‘The final straw was this record number, which led the Home Secretary to demand this new initiative. The real solution must come from the French – we want the French to take them back.’

Last night sources said Navy vessels could now begin turning migrant boats back to France in a major escalation of tactics.

Yesterday’s arrivals included at least ten young children and a heavily-pregnant woman, who were aboard a boat which landed on Dungeness beach in Kent.

One of the children, a boy aged around four, looked exhausted as he lay back on the pebble beach with his arms spread out. The heavily-pregnant woman was wearing a black dress and face mask as she held the hand of a child.

Image

She looked weary and had her head in her hand at one point, after being picked up by a lifeboat.

Amateur photographer Susan Pilcher, who saw the group on the beach, said: ‘I could hear the Border Force workers asking the woman how many months pregnant she was, and she replied “eight”.

Why is this called a crisis?

It is managed by people who are making profit out of herding migrants for money.

Politicians who aim the replace Europeans, the do-gooders, organized criminals who are doing good business out of this "crisis". George Soros who is financing the "crisis".

It is a business with huge profits that is going on for decades with no end in sight, because nobody who is involved in this is prepared to end it.

Too much is at stake.

Not just the UK, but all western countries (excluding the Visegrad Four, probably).

It is not a crisis, it is business and politics.
