Again!!!!
Greece refugee camp fire: Panic as 13,000 at risk from blaze - 'We will burn to death!'

A REFUGEE camp has caught ablaze in Greece tonight, putting around 13,000 refugees at risk.

A refugee camp in Moira, Greece, was filmed on fire just after midnight tonight. Stand By Me Lesvos, the media team for the refugee camp, has reported shootings and protestors, and has claimed the fire brigade has been called to the scene. The cause of the blaze is unknown. ( Me...All the other fires in that camp were lit by the refugees)

The refugee camp reported “a kind of uprising” took place on the grounds at 10pm BST.

Stand by Me Lesvos posted on their social media the new isolation area was “looted”, along with other buildings.

They added: “Currently various fires in the camp are reported and it seems even shootings happen.

“It's a nightmare coming true, but a nightmare that could have been easily prevented and all the months were not used for it.

Image

The camp, split into various zones to keep distance between groups, was filmed burning.

At 9:58pm BST, the non-profit organisation posted a video of the camp, which saw fires in three zones.

The video also captured the sound of gunshots and of panicked refugees.

At 10:05pm BST, the group issued an update that said: “Fires are spreading everywhere and the fire brigades seemed entrance by some angry protesters.

“Our partners in the camp say that the situation is getting worse every minute.”

At midnight BST, Moria Media Team posted a quote on Twitter from a resident of the camp.

They said: “Where is the police, where is the fire brigade, where is anyone.

“We are burning, our tents are burning. Everything is burning.

“We came here to burn to death. All is on fire.”

At 11:42 BST, Stand by Me Lesvos reported police had arrived and evacuated the site.

Just after midnight the group posted pictures and footage of refugees escaping the burning camp.

They claimed residents of the camp were “being pushed back” to the site, and were being “attacked by locals”.

They added: "We pray that these people will have had enough trauma for tonight as we simultaneously are getting reports of locals attacking and blocking people's passage into the nearby village.”

Stand By Me Lesvos is a non-profit group working with refugees to help them learn and develop skills.

Recently the group declared an emergency due to the risk of their refugee population catching coronavirus.

A fire also broke out at the Moira refugee camp in March inside one of the living containers, and a child died in the blaze.

In February, the UN refugee agency called for the urgent evacuation of the Moria camp, stating they were “seriously concerned about the limited access to health services at the reception centres, which is aggravated by the difficult living conditions.”

Now see how racist people of this forum are. They do not want to know that there existed non-white cultures with far more vocabulary in their lexicons than that which existed in classical white cultures, owing to their ancient fertile lands.Vocabulary that would more than suffice for the words needed by doctors with elephantine memories. So they now begin to censor my posts. What happened to your freedom of speech and freedom of expression? They do not want to learn about how they want to wreak havoc in other nations and always want to pretend that they themselves were always the victims,so that things such as burning down the settlements of the colored can happen. And just like the remnant white blood of Brahmins in India pretends when they find no merit in the teachings of Sai Baabaa, they will once again lie to their followers that Sai Baaba is a total Muslim, while ignoring the fact that Hindu God VishNu is also called Ranga Saai as one can see in the Telugu film Aaananda Bhairavi/Ananda Bhairavi and that they always preferred to call the dancers in their temples as Aaananda Bhairavi or the ever happy dog.
palli or halli in Dravidian languages means a village just like gaav in Aryan languages means a village.palli or halli in Aryan Mauryan Imperial era around 200 B.C designates a tribal hamlet. So many of those in South India are indeed descendants of tribals and are still keeping up that heritage.

From what I hear from the progressives, including the Greens, this merely illustrates the need to have no controls on immigration whatsoever and allow unlimited numbers of Muhammadans enter into Europe regardless of what they might believe and how their beliefs might cause them to behave. Oh I forgot, unless its wearer is carrying a sign eulogizing sharia, it should be assumed that under every burqa is a mind infused with the ideas of the enlightenment, democracy, feminism, gay rights, religious toleration etc etc. To imagine otherwise would be 'phobic'.

When oh when are the "let them all in brigade" going to let them all in to their own houses? Come on folks, fill your homes with migrants, particularly Muslim ones - coz well all know they'll be ultra-safe to have under your roof, especially if you've got young daughters you wouldn't normally want to leave alone with strangers!

I chanced upon the following tweet from back in January by the husband of brutally murdered Brit MP Jo Cox. It did surprise me, but it's good to see some semblance of sanity on the left:

Why are parts of the left so reluctant to support strict immigration rules? Rules on immigration aren’t right wing, they are an essential part of a functioning state & part of the basis for social solidarity. We should embrace them and also celebrate the contribution of migrants.

Scramble to respond to Lesvos crisis amid arson probe

As officials scrambled on Thursday to rehouse thousands of migrants left homeless after a series of three fires that destroyed the Moria reception center on Lesvos, authorities investigating the cause of the blazes are honing in on a group of 30 young Afghan men, Kathimerini understands.

According to officers with knowledge of the investigation, the suspects are all young men who traveled to Greece without their families and had been linked to instances of drug dealing and extortion at the camp. They were not among the 35 migrants who tested positive for the coronavirus earlier this week and who remain at large.

However, they are believed to have taken advantage of the protests of the infected migrants on Tuesday evening to provoke rioting and set the fires. Firefighters who were at the scene that night said they witnessed migrants throwing flammable liquid onto the flames.

Meanwhile, as efforts to respond to the new humanitarian crisis intensify, the government appears to be considering the creation of a new center on the same site.

The destruction of the Moria camp left some 13,000 people on the street, with many seeking shelter on roadsides and in cemeteries as officials and aid workers started distributing tents and food and water.

A ferry remained docked at the island but plans to transfer around 1,000 people onto it were put off as tensions remained high on Thursday, with residents setting up road blockades in a bid to stop authorities from accessing the site at Moria.

The government is also concerned about the vehement opposition of local residents, and authorities, to the creation of a new camp on the island.

More riot police officers were dispatched to the island to stop migrants from moving to the island’s main town and to guard the area as efforts get under way to create a temporary reception center.

Another concern is that the 35 camp residents who earlier this week had tested positive for Covid-19 and had been due to be transferred to a separate facility are missing. On Wednesday, nine of the 35 were found, but they too disappeared in the chaos after the second fire.

The National Organization for Public Health (EODY) said it had been in contact with the World Health Organization and that medical staff will be dispatched to the island to help respond to the crisis.

Yet another arson fired started by illegal alien Muslim invaders, this time on the island of Samos

Just a few days ago, the Moria holding center for some 12,000 Muslim illegals was totally destroyed destroyed by Afghan Muslim freeloader wannabes who didn’t like the accommodations. Now, something similar has happened on the Greek island of Samos.

Greek police have detained more than 10 suspects as part of an investigation into the possible causes of the blaze. The incident comes days after a major fire on the island of Lesbos, which completely destroyed a migrant camp.

A firefighter brigade put down a forest fire near a migrant camp on the Greek island of Samos on Tuesday night, according to Skai broadcaster. Police have launched a probe into the causes of the fire and detained more than ten people for questioning.

On the Greek island of Samos, a fire broke out near camps for Muslim illegal refugees on Tuesday evening. “There is a fire on the edge of the registration center,” said the mayor of Vathy, Giorgos Stantzos, of the German press agency.

According to the Greek Ministry of Migration, around 4600 illegal Muslim migrants live in the Vathy refugee camp on Samos. However, the camp only has space for around 650 people.

Just a few days ago, the Moria refugee camp on the nearby island of Lesbos was burned to the ground destroyed in a major arson fire. Around 12,000 illegal Muslim migrants were left homeless.
Investigators used revealing videos that reached the hands of the Police, as well as testimonies, which showed the perpetrators of the arson. The videos show the Muslim illegals (below) lighting fires in many different places with the aim of spreading them quickly, using torn cardboard boxes as torches.

According to the Greek government, the fires were set there by Afghan Muslim illegal migrants to force them to leave the camp and the island and send them to the big welfare states of Europe like Germany.
Police detained six arson suspects, all of them Afghan Muslim nationals, of whom two were minors.

Since then, Greek politicians have warned against the “Moria tactic”, according to which fires could also be started in other illegal migrant holding camps on the islands of Samos, Chios, Leros and Kos – especially if the people of Lesbos are now brought to the mainland or to Central and Northern Europe would.

In view of the burned down camp, the illegal migrant-wannabes on Lesbos are demanding to be allowed to leave the island immediately. However, most of them have not yet completed their asylum applications. The Greek government insists that illegal migrants go through the normal asylum process have to go through.

Refugees in Greece wary of entering new camp after Moria fire

Many fear conditions in temporary camp would be no better than Moria, which had drawn widespread humanitarian concern.

Greek authorities were still struggling to move thousands of refugees and migrants sleeping rough into a temporary camp, a week after the overcrowded Moria migrant camp burned down, while fears grew about a coronavirus outbreak on the island of Lesbos.

About 13,000 people, mostly refugees from Afghanistan, African countries and Syria, were left without shelter, proper sanitation or access to food and water by the fire that tore through Moria, Greece's biggest camp.

No one was killed in the fire, which broke out after quarantine measures were imposed following the discovery of COVID-19 cases on the site.

So far, only 1,200 people have moved into the temporary facility at Kara Tepe near the island's port of Mytilene, which was ready to host at least 5,000.

"They are still reluctant," said a police official on condition of anonymity. "Negotiations are ongoing."

Authorities have distributed flyers and sent text messages to people, trying to convince them to move into the new tents, officials said.

But many refugees and migrants hope to be allowed to leave the island and believe that living conditions in the temporary camp would be no better than at Moria, which aid groups had called "appalling".

People crossing the new facility entrance were being tested for COVID-19 and so far 35 were found positive. Residents worried that a coronavirus outbreak was looming with thousands of people sleeping rough and untested.

On Tuesday, six refugees were arrested in relation to the Moria blaze. Another blaze, which broke out overnight near another migrant camp on the island of Samos, was put under control and three people were arrested.

Greece's conservative government, which took power last year, said it aims to replace open-air tent camps with formal migrant centres with temporary housing, where entry and exit would be controlled.

The fire has intensified calls for Europe to step in.

"European leaders should act quickly to bring the people stranded on Lesbos to safety," said Belkis Wille, senior crisis and conflict researcher at Human Rights Watch.

"They also need to fundamentally rethink the failed and inhumane policies that led to the creation of a sprawling, unsanitary and dangerous refugee camp in an EU country, rather than just building a replica of the same thing."

I think all the native lesvosians should be urgently evacuated from Lesvos and decently rehoused in Greece and elsewhere in Europe, including billeting them on Liberal Bleeding Hearts (in fact an ad should be made offering virtue-sigs across Europe the chance to do a house swap with Lesvos residents). Ms Wille should then be offered the job of governor of the Island under EU auspices with responsibility for the health and well-being of her beloved Muslims. Human Rights Watch and other bleeding-heart outfits and rich virtue-sigs like Banksy should accept financial responsibility for their upkeep.

Ah, here's what she means

@belkiswille

European govts shld step up urgent efforts to relocate 13k ppl left homeless by #Moria fires on Lesbos & commit to border governance that respects human dignity, right to seek asylum & ensures fair distr. of responsibility of EU states. #OpenTheIslands https://hrw.org/news/2020/09/16/greece/ ... ess-safety

It IS notable that the international "humanitarian" brigade don't display much concern for the native population of Sappho's isle in the face of the Muslim invasion.

Illegal immigrants again vandalise Greek Orthodox Church of Agios Georgios in Lesvos

Image

Once again, illegal immigrants vandalised a Greek Orthodox church on the island of Lesvos.

This is the second time this year the church of Agios Georgios has been attacked.
Spoiler! :
Image
Image
Illegal immigrants destroyed the church where they temporarily stayed at, after a fire broke out at Moria reception and registration center two weeks ago.

Photos published by Protothema.gr, show the illegal immigrants had camped inside and outside the church. Icons have also been destroyed and empty water bottles and other garbage was left there.

The illegal immigrants left the church and entered the new camp on a former military firing range at Kara Tepe.

“It will take a lot of time and a lot of effort for the village to overcome this catastrophe”, a resident of Moria told Protothema.

As a deeply religious society, these attacks on churches are shocking to the Greek people and calls to question whether these illegal immigrants seeking a new life in Europe are willing to integrate and conform to the norms and values of their new countries.

Well they shouldn't have provoked the Muslims by flaunting their Islamophobic symbols of kufr and shirk and, if that wasn't bad enough, forcing the Muslims to look at CROSSES - a vivid reminder of the Crusades, that shameful episode when white western Christians repaid the Muslims for inventing algebra and multicultural tolerance by brutally attacking them and massacring them in large numbers.
and calls to question whether these illegal immigrants seeking a new life in Europe are willing to integrate and conform to the norms and values of their new countries.
Did the Crusaders "conform to the norms and values of their new countries" when they invaded the Middle East? Did the French when they colonialised Algeria? DID THEY? That's right: NO! Well then!

Actually, that Muslims have allowed kafirs destined to everlasting hell according to their book to live as dhimmis for 700 years only shows that even amongst themselves, all of them do not trust their holy book.Similar is the case with Christians, who have allowed infidels destined for everlasting hell according to the Bible to live under them for more than 200 years during the colonial period. So, people might not be as phobic as you put it and seem to understand perfectly well as they age that these things are all not true and are more of a propaganda. However, since that tatamounts to acceptance that their religious scriptures are fallible, they seem to feign or pretend with willful ignorance that they are 'phobic' to all those things.
